TheoryDrill is a web and mobile application that provides practice questions for the UK driving theory test. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) or the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA).
All questions are original content created for practice purposes. While we aim to reflect the format and topics of the official theory test, completing questions on TheoryDrill does not guarantee that you will pass the official DVLA/DVSA theory test.
When you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You can sign in using Google, Apple, or a magic link sent to your email. You must be at least 13 years old to use TheoryDrill.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used in ways that negatively affect other users. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile page.
TheoryDrill is free to use. Free accounts get one drill per day. The Pro plan is a one-time payment of £3.99 and unlocks unlimited drills, custom usernames, avatar selection, and any future Pro features. We may add new features to Pro over time.
"Lifetime" means the lifetime of the product. If TheoryDrill shuts down, we will give at least 30 days notice.
On the web, payments are processed securely through Stripe. On mobile, payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not store your card details.
For web purchases, if you are unhappy with your purchase, contact us within 14 days for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion. For mobile in-app purchases, refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their refund policies.
Your username, rank, and score may appear on public leaderboards within the app. Do not use offensive or inappropriate usernames. We reserve the right to remove or rename accounts with unsuitable usernames without notice.
TheoryDrill offers a referral programme for driving instructors and content creators, powered by Endorsely. Affiliates earn a percentage of revenue from users who sign up through their referral link. Affiliate terms, including commission rates and payment schedules, are provided separately when you join the programme via the Endorsely portal.
We reserve the right to modify commission rates or terminate affiliate accounts with 30 days notice. Fraud, including self-referrals or fake accounts, will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of unpaid earnings.
We do our best to make sure all questions and answers are accurate and up to date with current UK driving law. However, road rules can change, and we cannot guarantee that every piece of content is always 100% correct. Always refer to the official Highway Code and DVSA guidance as the definitive source.
TheoryDrill is provided "as is". We are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to failing your theory test, lost data, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us (if any).
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of TheoryDrill after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
